As soon as you are ready to confirm your Africa vacation we will e-mail you the necessary payment and booking forms. We charge a 30% deposit to secure your Africa travel arrangements and the rest of the balance amount is due 60 days before your departure date. For any domestic, international or charter flights booked through us, we require 100 % payment in order for us to secure the flights for you. Please also ensure we have your exact names as printed in your passport for any flight bookings.
You are welcome to pay for your Africa Travel arrangements via our online secure ZAR payment link or via bank transfer/deposit into our Live 4 Africa Travel bank account. Please note that should you pay via bank transfer the funds take approximately two to three days to clear in our bank account. We suggest that for any last minute ZAR Africa Travel bookings you pay via our online secure payment link option.
Upon receipt of payment and the signed payment and booking form we will go head and secure your Africa travel arrangements for you.
