How to book with us

Thank you for choosing to enquire with us. We value your support and trust you are going to have a memorable Africa vacation! Your enquiry will be answered within 24 hours during the working week and 48 hours over the weekends. You can choose how you would like to contact us phone or e-mail. We are happy to call you back …drop us a line what time suits you best and the country you are based in.

Booking procedure

As soon as you are ready to confirm your Africa vacation we will e-mail you the necessary payment and booking forms. We charge a 50% deposit to secure your Africa travel arrangements and the rest of the balance amount is due 60 days before your departure date. This gives you time to save up. Greater deposits may be required in instances of specialist product or peak season travel and large group bookings. Any domestic, international or light aircraft flights booked through us we require 100 % payment in order for us to secure the flights for you. Please also ensure we have your exact names as printed in your passport for any flight bookings. Very important that we have the correct spelling of your full name for your African safari flight booking. If the above payments and signed bookings forms are not received as indicated, Live 4 Africa Travel will be unable to confirm your African vacation.

You are welcome to pay for your Africa Travel arrangements via our online secure payment link or via bank transfer /deposit into Live 4 Africa Travel bank account. Please note that should you pay via  bank transfer from a foreign currency bank account  the funds take approximately 3- 5 days to clear in our bank account. Last minute Africa Travel bookings need to be secured via credit card due to the fact that the bank transfers could take some time to clear. We can then secure your safari right away as soon as the credit card payment has cleared. Please note we only accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.  Travellers cheques and debit cards are not accepted. Our online secure payment is linked to Mygate payment gateway for safe and secure transactions online  http://mygate.co.za/

Upon receipt of the deposit and final payment +  the signed / required  payment and booking form we will go head and secure your Africa travel arrangements for you. Please kindly scan and email a copy of the proof of bank transfer payment to your safari consultant.
